Belgian-style sour ale with Orange Muscat grapes.
This blend features Orange Muscat grapes from Santa Barbara just a few hours north of our brewery and brings with it a unique terroir from this coastal climate. Our Lambic inspired base beer ranging from 12-16 months was refermented in oak barrels with 3/lb per gallon Orange Muscat grapes for 3 months and bottle conditioned for 8 months.Each year we eagerly await word of grape harvest starting which usually comes in on short notice giving us just enough time to taste through barrels and prepare. Grapes are amazingly unique fruit in that every variety and season provides unique flavors, acids and textures. Finding the right blend to both showcase the grapes and maintain the lambic-inspired profile of our beers is one of the most fun, artistic and challenging undertakings.

BEER SHIPMENT DETAILS
- Beer can only be shipped within the state of California and delivery requires a signature and a valid ID from a person 21+.
- At this time we are only shipping beer out 2 days a week:
Tuesday Shipment – orders placed Friday-Monday will ship out on Tuesday
Thursday Shipment – order placed Tuesday-Wednesday will ship out on Thursday
- Our shipping service is through a next day delivery provider, so most orders should arrive within 24 hours of leaving our warehouse. Once an order has left our warehouse, we do not take responsibility for shipment delays by our delivery provider.
