Latent Owl, a Belgian-Style Sour Ale Aged in Gin Barrels.
The nose is candied lemon peel, lavender, rosemary and undertones of golden raisins and funk. Upfront on the palate is the botanical gin notes and lemon zest that leads into the mid palate of white wine, sweet apples and pear. The beer finishes with classic lambic inspired funk, dried apricot, oak tannins, light acidity that fades into a clean finish and a touch of warmth.

- Beer can only be shipped within the state of California and delivery requires a signature and a valid ID from a person 21+.
- At this time we are only shipping beer out 2 days a week:
Tuesday Shipment – orders placed Friday-Monday will ship out on Tuesday
Thursday Shipment – order placed Tuesday-Wednesday will ship out on Thursday
- Our shipping service is through a next day delivery provider, so most orders should arrive within 24 hours of leaving our warehouse. Once an order has left our warehouse, we do not take responsibility for shipment delays by our delivery provider.
