Belgian-style sour ale fermented and aged in oak barrels with peaches & sage.
Lambic-inspired base beer refermented in oak barrels with 2lb/gal yellow peaches for two months with purple sage added for a week before being bottle conditioned for 9 months. Contains cultures from Beachwood Blendery & Firestone Walker Barrelworks.
The aroma has a beautiful bouquet of bright juicy stone fruit and floral sage with a slight earthy funk in the background. Savory sage notes fade into fresh peaches, white wine, soft oak, balanced acidity, and a crisp, clean, fruity finish.

Beer can only be shipped within California, and delivery requires a signature and a valid ID from a person 21+.
