Gueuze-Inspired Sour Ale Spontaneously fermented and aged in one, two, and three-year-old oak barrels with peaches.
Juicy and bright peach flesh is at the forefront with soft notes of hay blending perfectly with gueuze-inspired flavors beneath. The peach flavor pops with the lively carbonation and carries the juicy stone fruit character across the entire palate while being supported by light funk, pleasant acidity, and a dry lingering peach finish. The beautiful peaches that went into this beer have their essence perfectly preserved but as time goes on it will slowly succumb to the complex gueuze-inspired flavors and aromas.
