Belgian-style sour ale spontaneously fermented and aged in oak barrels with strawberries, rhubarb and grains of paradise. Blend of one, two, and three year-old barrels.
An assemblage of 7 spontaneous vessels ranging from 12-48 months with an average blend age of 28 months. Refermented on 1lb/gal strawberries & 1.5lb/gallon rhubarb and a touch of grains of paradise before packaging.

Beer can only be shipped within California, and delivery requires a signature and a valid ID from a person 21+.
- We ship out once a week on Thursdays.
- Orders placed Thursday after 10 am will ship out the following Thursday.
